This is the most beautiful place I've ever seen in my entire life, and I am having a wonderful time! The people here are all so gorgeous and so nice. Kids walking down the road past the ranch yell "Hola!" over and over again, and they frequently ask us to take photos of them. It's really adorable.
So basically today we relaxed a lot. Breakfast was at 7:15, but it was absolutely no trouble getting up that early. I woke up multiple times between six and seven completely content. I have eaten rice and beans for all three meals today (the vegan options are pretty limited), along with the most amazing fruit I have ever tasted in my entire life. We did some light work in the morning, but mostly took photos, climbed trees, and counted down the minutes until lunch.
In the afternoon, we took a walk to the water well (that the Brigade funded a few years ago...they raised a total of something like $11,000) and took photos of all the workers for our poster so we can learn their names. Then we had dinner, devotions, and more chill time. Tomorrow, the real work begins! Here are a bunch of photos from today:
Rachel & me
This is one of the workers. I took this photo of him and wanted to post it to give you all an example of the beautiful people who live here!
I have no clue what kind of plant this is, but I like it.
This is a mountain we can see from the road by the ranch.
I actually took this photo yesterday as the plane was landing in Managua. That's a smoking volcano!
Doing what I do.

This was taken at a spot off the road we decided to stop. It's so beautiful!

So Seth and I decided to be each other. This is the result: Seth looking cool in my sunglasses and using my camera. I also drew my tattoos on him in sharpie later. And I am wearing his hat and showing off my muscles, talking about how strong I am.
